Benefits and Compensation Overview

 

As far as what G&N does for you, we offer the finest total compensation package of any Engineering, SETA, and Aerospace  business.   From the beginning, it has been our goal to continuously improve the overall pay and benefit structure of the company, by optimally balancing  salary, retirement contributions, and benefits.  G&N streamlines company management, minimizing overhead inefficiencies, in order to maximize employee’s salaries and company benefits.  We provide the employee with all the tools (education, seminars, reference materials, technology, etc.) necessary to be successful.  We do all of these things to ensure that we can repeatedly deliver the best possible support to our Customers.

 

All full time G&N Corporation employees are immediately eligible to receive the following benefits:

1. Retirement plan - G&N contributes 25% of your earnings to a retirement account that is run by John Hancock.   Employee contributions are permitted.  Vested, 100%, in retirement plan immediately.

2. Four weeks of vacation per year. Five weeks of vacation after 5 years of employment.

3. Nine holidays per year.

4. Flexible hours.

5. Comprehensive  insurance coverage:

a) Medical insurance: coverage for employee and family - provider is Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield KeyCare 10+.

b) Dental insurance: coverage for employee and family

c) Substantial Health Care Reimbursement benefit for uncovered medical expenses for employee and family

d) Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long-Term Disability insurance

6. Incentive and  bonus awards available for completion of employee/employer mutually established goals and customer satisfaction.

7. Annual corporate sponsored kickoff for employee and spouse
